10th March 2012 - Tsarskoe Productions' short film 'Private', written and 1st AD'd by Garry Moore, has been nominated for the 'People's Choice Award' in the 'Pennine Film Festival'. Good luck to director Paul Grove on the 16th.

31st January 2012 - S.H.A.M. Films attended the BAFTA Breakthrough event at the Baltic in Gateshead. A panel of sales and distribution execs gave a frank and open discussion about International Film Sales and Distribution.

11th December 2011 - CONGRATULATIONS to Jade Thirlwall and LITTLE MIX on winning the X-Factor. We wish Jade and the girls every success with their careers.

10th December 2011 - S.H.A.M. Films is in talks with a private financier to make it's first micro budget feature film. The film, 'Arranged Marriage, Love Marriage', is currently being written and produced by Garry Moore based on a real life love story which takes place in England and India and will feature a mainly Asian cast. Filming is pencilled for August/Sept 2012 in Northeast England and India. Watch this space.

21st November 2011 - The premiere of 'Prevent' went well this evening. The event attended by cast, crew and guests took place at the ARC cinema in Stockton. It was my first viewing of the film. Director, Ronak Singh has done a fantastic job with my script. Some exceptional acting from the cast, especially Jai Rajani and Grace Francis who stood out for me. The big name in the film, ex Irish Heavyweight boxing champ Joe Egan travelled up from London today just for the screening and is travelling straight back again as he has a shoot tomorrow morning. Joe has just been cast in a Tarantino movie shooting in Arizona early next year. Congratulations to Joe on that.

20th November 2011 - S.H.A.M. Films is supporting Little Mix on the X Factor. Good luck girls, down to the last 5 and still going. LITTLE MIX to WIN!!!!

3rd October 2011 - Congratulations to Jade Thirlwall and the other girls in Rhythmix for getting through to the live shows of the X-Factor. Jade has previously starred in our short film 'Skin' (see the photo with Joe Teague further down this page). We wish her every success in the competition. Good Luck Jade!!

26th September 2011 - The short film 'Private' written by Garry Moore and directed by Paul Grove of Tsarskoe Productions has been nominated Best Hampshire Short Film 2011. The awards ceremony takes place in November.

26th September 2011 - Adam Baroni will play drug dealer 'Moody' in 'Strawberry Lemonade', completing the casting for the film. Adam has just wrapped on 'Sophie's Fortune' (Genisis Flux) in Manchester and completed the feature film 'Making Gods Bleed' earlier this year.

20th September 2011 - We are pleased to announce that Jen Nelson will play the co-lead of Fi alongside Holly Matthews. Jen has completed two feature films this year. She played priestess Heiodis in 'The Way of the Monkey's Claw' and Claire in 'Heretic'. Jen has also taken small roles in other productions such as BBC1's 'Waterloo Road', the same as Holly.

11th September 2011 - Actress Holly Matthews will play the lead of Nikki in our new short film 'Strawberry Lemonade', alongside Joe Teague who was the first to join the cast. Holly played evil bully Leigh-Ann Galloway in BBC1's 'Waterloo Road' and has appeared in episodes of 'The Bill', 'Casuality' and 'Doctors'. Casting will hopefully be finalised next week. Shooting will take place in Sunderland in October.

4th September 2011 - Garry appeared as a sailor in 'Nelson's Navy: Back From The Dead' on Channel 4, 8pm.

2nd August 2011 - Garry has just spent the last three days shooting scenes for 'Song For Marion', the latest feature film from Director Paul Andrew Williams (London to Brighton). The film stars Gemma Arterton, Terrance Stamp, Vanessa Redgrave and Christopher Egglestone and will be released in 2012.

23rd June 2011 - 'Private', the short film written by Garry and directed by Paul Grove was nominated for Best Thriller at the Limelight Film and Arts Awards which took place this evening.
