Synopsis: Arranged Marriage - Love Marriage tells the story of Amreek who arrives in England from India for an arranged marriage to British born Indian girl Gurpreet and to seek his fortune by starting his own business. His life is a battle of wills with his lazy, head strong wife and they struggle to get on living in a cramped flat with his brother Jasmeet and sister-in-law Sita whilst working in low paid jobs trying to save what little money he earns; until the day he starts a new job and Cathy, his beautiful boss, comes into his life.

Set in North East England Arranged Marriage - Love Marriage is a story of love, enduring pain and ultimately sacrifice as Amreek turns his back on his own culture and family for love.

Our first Feature Film 'Arranged Marriage - Love Marriage' is set for production in August this year and will be shot in the UK and India. The finance is in place and the script is currently being re-drafted. Casting will start this summer.
