The AV Festival is a bi-annual festival held over two weeks in Sunderland, Newcastle, Gateshead and Middlesbrough with a differing theme each time. In 2006 it was ‘Artificial Life’ and featured International artists, musicians, animators and film makers from around the world.

This was a promo made to showcase the festival. Garry Moore, along with Cleveland College of Art and Design students documented the festival. Garry was production manager for the 3 film crews covering events in Sunderland.

LATEST NEWS - Feature Film to start Production in August

Our first Feature Film 'Arranged Marriage - Love Marriage' is set for production in August this year and will be shot in the UK and India. The finance is in place and the script is currently being re-drafted. Casting will start this summer.

S.H.A.M. Films attended the BAFTA Breakthrough event at the Baltic in Gateshead - A panel discussion and Q + A on International Sales and Distribution with representatives from Bankside Films, High Point Media Group, Ealing Metro International, Schedule 2, The Works Film Group, Edinburgh Int Film Festival and Film London.
